APamp™ 2x Probe RT-qPCR Master Mix with UDG는 carryover contamination을 방지할 수 있는 heat-labile UDG가 포함되어 있으며, 25℃에서 활성이 상실되기 때문에 cDNA합성에는 영향을 주지 않고 오염물질만을 제거할 수 있으며, 분자진단용 제품에 적용 가능한 제품입니다.
