APamp™ 2x Fast Probe RT-qPCR Master Mix (with UDG) is a fast real-time PCR product specifically designed for fluorescence probe-based assays (TaqMan Probe). It utilizes additives and a buffer optimized for real-time PCR, enabling fast RT-qPCR with exceptional amplification speed and efficiency. As a result, it provides results in approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour. APamp™ 2x Fast Probe RT-qPCR Master Mix with UDG includes heat-labile UDG, which prevents carryover contamination. UDG loses its activity at 25℃, ensuring no impact on cDNA synthesis while removing only contaminants, making it suitable for molecular diagnostic applications.
