It contains all the necessary enzymes and components for PCR reactions, excluding the template and primers, maximizing convenience for the user. APamp™ 2x RT-PCR Master Mix is provided in screw cap tubes, while APamp™ 2x RT-PCR Premix is available in 8-strip PCR tubes.
