DESCRIPTION

APamp™ 2x HS Super Taq is a high-performance amplification solution utilizing hot-start fusion Taq DNA Polymerase. As a hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase combined with anti-Taq monoclonal antibodies, it minimizes primer dimer formation and non-specific amplification reactions. This product delivers high amplification efficiency, enabling the generation of amplification products under 10 kb and supporting multiplex PCR with up to five targets simultaneously. APamp™ 2x HS Super Taq Master Mix is provided in screw cap tubes, while APamp™ 2x HS Super Taq Premix is packaged in 8-strip PCR tubes for user convenience.
