DESCRIPTION
Bacterial DNA MM kit provides a simple and easy purification of total DNA from the bacterial cultures of gram-positive bacteria or gram-negative bacteria.
This kit utilizes the silica beads for the disruption of bacterial cell walls and the bead beating can be performed on any vortex which has a 2 mL tube-holder adapter.
This kit is designed to be used on automated nucleic acid purification system, and you can select the appropriate kit depending on the system.
