Plant DNA kit provides a fast and easy extraction method of total DNA from various plant seeds and bulbs.
Purified DNA is free of enzyme inhibitors such as polysaccharides and polyphenolics, and highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR-based or enzyme-based reactions.
This kit is designed to be used on automated nucleic acid purification system, and you can select the appropriate kit depending on the system.
