DESCRIPTION

APure™ RNA CleanUp kit provides the simple and rapid method for purification of RNA from the enzymatic reactions or the RNA eluate contaminated with unwanted DNA.
Contaminated DNA can be easily eliminated by pre-treatment with DNase I included in this kit.
This kit utilizes the glass-fiber technology to separate the nucleic acids and any use of hazardous organic solvent is not in this procedure.
