DESCRIPTION

The APure™ Total RNA kit provides the simple and fast method for purification of total RNA from various biological samples, such as animal tissue and cultured cells.
Highly pure RNA can be isolated in less than 30 minutes without any use hazardous organic solvents and alcohol precipitation.

• Includes DNase I for DNA-free RNA isolation

• Simple apply of DNase I on to the on-column
