DESCRIPTION
APower™ Fecal DNA MM provides a simple and rapid purification of total DNA from human stool and animal fecal sample.
This kit utilizes the silica and zirconia beads for the disruption of microbial or fungal cell walls and the bead beating can be performed on any disrupting instrument
including the vortex machine.
Purified DNA is free of contaminants and enzyme inhibitors and is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, NGS and enzymatic reactions.
