APower™ Bacterial DNA MM kit provides a simple and rapid purification of total DNA from bacterial cells including both gram positive and gram negative.

This kit utilizes the silica beads for the disruption of bacterial cell walls and the bead beating can be performed on any disrupting machine or vortex which has a 2 mL tube-holder adapter.

Purified DNA is free of contaminants and enzyme inhibitors and is highly suited for downstream applications such as PCR, blotting, and enzymatic reactions.
